Description
fresh install of the both lineage-17.1 and 16 (unofficial) for the galaxy s7 flat. (09-18 build from here https://www.los-legacy.de/14.1/herolte)
updates checked from fdroid micro g set up with account from google and self check pass everything.
(covid notifications not in in mircog, infact they are greyed out and the canadian covid app is not listed as using anything)

im not skilled at adb log getting, usually i fail... so i cant help with a log.
