Description
I installed the new version of MicroG a few days ago and activated EN by installing the German Corona Warn App.
Even though my device definately had no contact to other devices running EN, MicroG shows "16 collected IDs in last hour" and 471 IDs in total.
Is there a bug in the EN implementation?

Research direction
Start by reproducing the reported Exposure Notification behavior with MicroG and the German Corona Warn App, checking whether IDs are collected without nearby EN devices. Trace the Exposure Notification implementation and its diagnostics to identify where the count is produced. Done means the behavior is explained and, if incorrect, covered by a reproducible test or a confirmed fix.
