Description

I am not sure if latest release uses scoped storage for Android 10, but if not than microg needs to Temporarily opt-out of scoped storage in order to access any files in storage.

Research direction

Check the latest release's Android manifest and compare its Android 10 storage behavior with the linked scoped-storage guidance. Determine whether microg can access the required files without opting out; done means the need for requestLegacyExternalStorage is confirmed or ruled out and the issue is resolved accordingly.
