Description
LineageOS for microg, 16.0-202000416-microg-gts210vewifi
-
I never get a notification from updater that a new update is available. How do I make those update notifications appear?
-
When I manually make the updater look for new versions, I get this message: "The update check failed. Please try your internet connection and try again later." But.... My internet connection is just fine.
-
Despite telling me that "The update check failed" (see #2 above), I still get updates listed for me in the updater to download and install. I don't understand why I get both the error message, and yet still receive the updates (when I manually look for updates).
-
After I download and install an update, it still shows in the updater as an update waiting to be installed. Why does it do that, and how do I make that stop?

Trace the updater's notification, update-check, and installed-update state handling; done means the reported behaviors are explained and the relevant updater behavior is corrected or the issue is shown to be external.
