Description

In the app Weatherzone a pop up saying "Weatherzone won't run without Google Play services" keeps coming up even though the app works perfectly fine. It's probably an easy fix to make the app think it has Google Play service.

Device: i9300
ROM: LineageOS 14.1 [built with lineageos4microg/docker-lineage-cicd]
microG: 0.2.10.19420

Research direction

Start by reproducing the Weatherzone popup on the listed i9300, LineageOS 14.1, and microG 0.2.10.19420 setup, then trace how GmsCore reports Google Play services availability to the app. Done means Weatherzone continues working without displaying the incorrect warning.
