Phone freezes for many minutes several times a day

Description
Hi, I'm having very serious problem with my LG G4 H815 running LineageOS 16 and MicroG 0.2.10.19420 :
Several times a day, my phone gets unresponsive, display and interface totally frozen (though music keeps playing), for around 5 minutes, then the screen turns off (most probably when the screen time-out kicks back in), and I can turn it on again normally (either with the power button, or DT2W), but the phone signal is dead (RIL crashed, I guess) until I restart the phone.
I feel that it happens when I try to start/use a Google Services-using app, but I may be wrong.
