Description
in xedit, ctrl-up send you to the cursor to the next white line before the current paragraph,
ctrl-down does the same, but in the opposite direction, hence goes to the white line right after the current paragraph.
Currently, seems like micro doesn't have the notion of "paragraph", only "words" and characters.
Also, would be nice if the user could choose characters to include as word-separators. At least I couldn't see it in settings.json
So as lone '_' aren't counted as words, for instance. Very nice feature it would be.
