Description
Specifications
Add a SaveAs option that when used does not change the active buffers file.
This is useful when you want to save a temporary copy for out-of-process
querying and suggestion engines (e.g. nimsuggest) without affecting the actual file.

Research direction
No files or tests are named in the issue. Start by locating the existing SaveAs command and the code that updates the active buffer's file, then trace how saving a temporary copy affects that state. Done means SaveAs can write the requested copy while leaving the active buffer associated with its original file.
