Description
When doing open dira\dirb\file micro opens diradirbfile
Forward slashes work, but see #3828.
Edit: I just realized that this is only the case for paths including \n. Propably not correctly escaped newline.

Research direction
Start by reproducing open dira\dirb\file on Windows and compare it with the forward-slash form. Trace the open command's path and escape handling, especially for paths containing \n; done means backslashes are preserved and the file opens at the intended path.
