Description
[Feature request description]
A sideabar showing the headlines/structure of current code/text file.
[Why]
When browsing through a long text file (e.g., markdown type), it's painful to locate and navigate. An outline of contents at sidebar would greatly improve the efficiency.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reviewing the requested sidebar behavior and the outline.nvim reference, then inspect micro's existing file-type and sidebar capabilities. Done should include a defined outline for the supported types and a usable way to navigate the current file's structure.
