Description
When I use micro in tmux, I want to select multiple lines with shift + arrow keys. But when I hold shift and click on the arrow keys, the following appears:
[1;2A]
[1;2B]
[1;2D]
[1;2C]

Research direction
Reproduce the issue by running micro inside tmux and pressing Shift with the arrow keys. Start by tracing how micro receives and interprets those key sequences; done means the keys select multiple lines instead of displaying sequences such as [1;2A].
