Description
Description of the problem or steps to reproduce
I'm very new to micro (less than 20 minutes) and I was reading > help defaultkeys that I realized the text color resets after every in-line code block:

Specifications
Version: 2.0.11

Terminal: Alacritty
P.s: Thanks for developing and maintaining this software. I thinks this is a great tool especially for those who do not yet have muscle memory for Vim or Emacs.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue by opening help defaultkeys in micro 2.0.11 and checking Markdown text after an inline code span. Start by tracing the Markdown syntax-highlighting entry point; done means the surrounding text keeps its intended color after each inline code block, with a regression test covering the case.
