If you use micro inside tty you can't select text with shift+arrows. Could this be added? Nano can do this.

Research direction
No file, test, or code entry point is named. First reproduce the behavior by running micro in a tty and selecting text with Shift+arrow keys, then inspect the terminal input handling and compare the behavior with nano. Done means Shift+arrow selection works in tty without breaking existing selection behavior.
