Description

Description of the problem or steps to reproduce

  1. Create a script tag:

    <script src="main.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

  2. Break the opening tag into multiple lines:

    <script src="main.js"
            type="text/javascript"></script>

  3. Expected: Tag remains highlighted.
    Actual behaviour: Tag loses highlight.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in micro with the single-line and multiline HTML script tags from the report, then trace the HTML syntax-highlighting entry point. Done means the multiline opening tag remains highlighted consistently with the single-line form; no file or test path is identified in the issue.
