Description

Description of the problem or steps to reproduce

ctrl-e : quitall or QuitAll

within bindings.json:

    "Ctrl-q": "command:QuitAll",
    "Ctrl-w": "command:quit",

does not close all tabs and quit, or close each tab and prompt for save if necessary

Expected results:

close each tab individually, and prompt for save
(while I'm here, it would be nice to have parity with the quit command, and have a ForceQuitAll as well)

Research direction

Start by searching the command registration and handling code for quit, quitall, and QuitAll, using the bindings.json entries as the reproduction point. Compare the existing quit behavior and verify the implementation closes tabs individually and prompts for unsaved changes; the issue also mentions a possible ForceQuitAll command.
