Description
Description of the problem or steps to reproduce
I'm using micro with rmtrailingws set to True.
To avoid formatting errors when using micro as the git core.editor to edit unified diffs, I would like to pass in -rmtrailingws false without it being stored in settings.json. For this reason i request the option to start micro with setlocal.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue with micro configured with rmtrailingws=true and the command-line option -rmtrailingws false. Inspect the CLI option and settings.json persistence paths; done means the local command-line override is honored without being written to settings.json.
