Description

Description of the problem or steps to reproduce

All of the following applies, when the option "savecursor" is set to "true".

When a file is saved and quit and the cursor was in a line greater than the number of lines of the terminal - a line for the infobar, if set, - a line for the status line, if set, on the next opening of the file the line, the cursor was positioned on, is one line beneath the visible lines, and the cursor is invisible.

Example of correct behavior:

File before saving and quitting:

2020-10-12-194854_1920x1080_scrot

After opening the file again, the same state is shown.

Example of incorrect behavior:

File after reopening:

2020-10-12-195659_1920x1080_scrot

Please note that the cursor is not shown.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue with savecursor set to true, using a file and terminal layout where the saved cursor line is below the visible area. Compare the cursor position before saving and after reopening; done means the exact saved file state is restored and the cursor remains visible.
