Description of the problem or steps to reproduce
Since 2.0.0 i cant use the internal plugin manager to install plugins like any plugin. It sometimes returns I/O timeout and sometimes connection refused.
OS: android 7.1.2
Terminal: Termux
As you can see my internet is working fine
