Description

Description of the problem or steps to reproduce

cursor line not highlighted on Windows and via SSH
I tried the default but also 16 color schemes like solarized. Only simple and cmc-16 partially "work". The line is not highlighted but the column with the line number is shown in a different color.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the report at version 1.4.2-dev.77 and commit 3a8898d on Windows 10 with ConEmu, then through PuTTY over SSH to Linux. Compare the default and 16-color schemes, including solarized, and consider the issue complete when cursorline highlighting works in both environments rather than only changing the line-number column.
