Description

Description of the problem or steps to reproduce

I don't know if this is the intended behavior. But when I want to exit micro, I have to press CtrlQ twice for the "quit prompt" to appear at the bottom of the screen. Alternatively, if I press CtrlShiftQ it works without pressing twice.

Research direction

The issue names no source file, test, or entry point. First reproduce the CtrlQ behavior with micro v1.4.1 on macOS 10.14.6 in Alacritty, compare it with CtrlShiftQ, and inspect the relevant key handling to determine the intended quit-prompt behavior. Done means CtrlQ consistently shows the quit prompt as expected.
