I found an abbreviated one in the in_progress folder
Specifications
I took the mc one I found and used tc-16 as a guide, and added all the missing ones to my mc-16 and then adjusted to make it look more like MCEdit using only 16 colors so it should work on basic color terminals.
I would be happy to give you the file so others can use it. I resorted it and tc-16 to merge them. I tried to create a pull request, but it wanted me to compared to other forks, and that didn't make sense. Forgive me, but I've never used github to upload anything before, but I think you could use an mc-16 colorscheme.
You can use micro -version to get the commit hash.
