Ensure saving relative loads properly

Needs to constantly (?) CD into right directory, or Elmoed should provide a tool that gets relative path based on editor (?)

Currently, wrong relative path when running from CLI and saving imported directory

Start by reproducing the CLI behavior when saving an imported directory from a different working directory, then trace how relative paths are resolved during loading and saving. Done means imported content loads from the correct relative location regardless of the directory from which the CLI is run.
