[ic-card]: Cards that have checkboxes

## Summary
As a user, I would like to select cards through using the ic-checkbox component.

## 💬 Description
The cards component should enable users to add checkbox in so that they can select/unselect a card.

## 💰 Use value
Users are unable to select a card as there is no value to get from a card component. For instance if the user wanted to select a card or multiple cards from a page, the user is unable to do this and are unable to track the value of the card submitted.
