Internal issue 3243 - Datatable sort ascending / descending announced twice by screen reader

On data table component, when configured with a sort option, clicking the sort button will announce the current sort state once and then the option to sort the opposite way twice.

Start with the data table component and reproduce the issue using a screen reader on a configured sortable table. Trace the sort button's announcements and verify that the current state is announced once and the opposite sort option is announced once, not twice.
