Internal issue 3137 - ICSelect Component: Remove ability to select all

I checked the icSelect interface via stackblitz, and there isnt an ability to remove the Select All/ Clear All button form view. This is visible to multi select variant of the component.

We have use case where users do not want to be able to select all of the items in the dropdown so would be good to provide a way to remove that button optionally ?

Start with the icSelect interface in the linked StackBlitz example and inspect the multi-select variant where the Select All/Clear All control appears. Define what an optional way to remove that control should cover, then verify that multi-select still works correctly when the control is hidden.
