[CONTRIBUTING.md]: Add guidance on how to run Cypress tests to markdown file

### Overview
Add guidance to the CONTRIBUTING.md so that external contributors know how to run Cypress tests locally. This ticket was created due to the need for guidance on running the performance tests, but I have noticed that there is currently no guidance on **how** to run the end-to-end/integration Cypress tests either.

Open CONTRIBUTING.md and inspect the repository's Cypress test setup to determine how contributors run performance and end-to-end/integration tests locally. Update the markdown with the required commands and relevant guidance, then verify that the instructions cover both categories of Cypress tests and are clear to external contributors.
