Internal issue 3073 - IcAlert error displayed when changing from light mode to dark mode

When changing from light mode to dark mode (vice versa) in window settings, the below error message is displayed in the console and on screen

Start by reproducing the light-to-dark and dark-to-light transition in the window settings and capture the missing IcAlert error from the console and screen. Then locate the IcAlert component entry point and trace the theme-change path. Done means changing themes in either direction no longer produces the error.
