Description

### Summary
While researching https://github.com/mi6/ic-ui-kit/issues/3675 I found that the font family we use might not be the best, so we should research other fonts to use. This [article](https://medium.com/the-readability-group/a-guide-to-understanding-what-makes-a-typeface-accessible-and-how-to-make-informed-decisions-9e5c0b9040a0) suggests that Helvetica Neue isn’t great and also mentions using a font that has a distinction between capital i and lowercase L, which ours doesn’t

### 💬 Description

Our font is currently like this:

And we use Helvetica Neue:

We should look to see if there's a more accessible font for dyslexia.

### 💰 Use value
Easier to read guidance on our site, as well as content in customers' apps.

Research direction

Read issue #3675 and the linked accessibility article, then inspect where Helvetica Neue is configured in the UI kit. Compare candidate font families against the stated dyslexia and character-distinction criteria; done means documenting a justified font recommendation for the site and customer apps.
