Internal issue 2978 - IcBreadcrumbGroup with backBreadcrumbOnly reads out as list with NVDA

IcBreadcrumGroups with the backBreadcrumbOnly prop enabled read out as a list with 1 item when using the NVDA screen reader. This variant of the breadcrumb will only ever have 1 item inside it, so should not read out that it’s a list at all

Use the IcBreadcrumbGroup component and its backBreadcrumbOnly prop as the entry points, then reproduce the announcement with NVDA. Done means this one-item variant no longer announces itself as a list.
