Description
## Summary
We have a requirement to be able to filter results by a set of predefined options (active state in this example). So we will be creating a simple bar that will have a set of buttons that can be toggled to control which results are shown on a page. We did consider if this component should be integrated into the header but will be making it as a stand-alone component to maximise versatility which then could still be added to the header at a later date.
