Description

## Summary
A side nav can be set to static which removes the expandable and collapsible button. In situations where this happens and no version number or status is set, then that section should be removed and the buttons above it should be anchored to bottom of the side navigation.

Research direction

Start by locating the side-navigation component and the implementation for static positioning. Confirm how sections without a version number or status are currently rendered and how the buttons above them are positioned. Done means the empty section is removed and the remaining buttons are anchored to the bottom of the side navigation.
