Long app title cut off on mobile

## Summary of the bug
When using a long app title, long app version and long app status on small mobile viewport, when opening the close button and title are obscured at the bottom

## 🪜 How to reproduce
In storybook add a long app title to the side navigation > Long app version and long app status story. Change viewport to small mobile. Open side nav and see how the navigation content obscures the bottom of the title and close button

## 🧐 Expected behaviour
The title and button should not be obscured. Content should be lower down and scrollable
