Can't run any EXE that tries to load DLL files (WINDOWS)

Hi there,

Can't run any EXE that tries to load DLL files, but can run all in one exe (like installers or simple apps)

For example Sacred 2 game file.
Russian Locale used in System - Windows 10 22H2

mounted with command:
under Administrator
dwarfs.exe Sacred2zstd7.dwarfs \\.\X: -o umask=000,uid=-1,gid=-1,case_insensitive,FileSystemName=NTFS
or
under local account
dwarfs.exe Sacred2zstd7.dwarfs X: -o umask=000,uid=-1,gid=-1,case_insensitive

No difference.
