Description
Using version 1.7.3
I was looking at .war files within an instance of tomcat web server. These files have elevated permissions, I was only viewing.
Separately, I deleted a war file in C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 8.0\webapps. Fman continued to show the file. This, even after I navigated to different directories and back. Even after restarting the app, the deleted file showed as if it was still there.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the stale-file display in fman 1.7.3: view a .war file in the Tomcat webapps directory, delete it separately, then navigate away and back or restart the app. Trace the file-list refresh behavior involved; done means the deleted file no longer appears after navigation or restart.
