Description
Delete a file in fman, the file is removed in fman window, but it's actually still there in the file system, and you will see it after refreshing the folder (cmd+R).
I have tried adding Full Disk Access manually following this guide https://fman.io/docs/macos, but the issue is still there, so I assume this only works for newer macOS versions.
macOS Version: Mojave (10.14.6)

Research direction
The issue names no file, test, or entry point. First reproduce deletion on macOS Mojave, refresh the folder with cmd+R, and verify whether the file remains; trace the deletion path and macOS access behavior. Done means deleted files are absent from the filesystem after refresh, including when Full Disk Access is configured.
