Description
On Windows 10, when in fman I open a folder, that contains a shortcut to a remote location, that is currently unavailable, fman freezes for about half a minute, as if it were trying to open that remote location.
Update: since recently the bug appears not at the moment, when I try to open the folder, but when I scroll down to the page, that lists the shortcut file.

No file, test, or entry point is named in the report. Begin by reproducing the freeze on Windows 10 with a folder containing a shortcut to an unavailable remote location, including the updated scrolling scenario; done means browsing that folder no longer freezes for about half a minute.
