Description

Hi, I would like to open an issue here regarding the issue in this plugin repository: https://github.com/raguay/favorites/issues/9#issuecomment-537837248

I think the problem is more fman releated than it is plugin related.

Excerpt

When trying to register the 0-1 numerical keys, they can not be assigned when the keyboard language is not of the qwerty-EN family.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the linked favorites issue and reproducing shortcut registration with a non-QWERTY keyboard layout on Windows. Trace how fman handles the 0–1 numerical keys; done means those shortcuts can be registered and used correctly across the affected layouts.
