File details (size, time) sometimes not shown when fman first opened

Description
When fman is first launched, the columns containing file details can fail to be shown in one or both panes. It only happens when fman is started maximized and the pane's starting folder contains more files than fit.
The folder in the left pane has just one more file than the folder in the right pane.
