Description
I use my computer as "User", and occasionally want to copy/move files to the "Program Files" directory. However, for that one requires Admin-rights.
Currently, I switch back to the Windows File Explorer for that task.
It would be nice if this could be done from within "fman".

Research direction
The issue requests copying or moving files into Windows' "Program Files" directory from fman, but it names no files, tests, or entry points. First identify how fman performs copy and move operations and how Windows permission failures are handled. Done should mean these operations can request the required administrator rights and complete from within fman.
