Description

fman's built-in command for reloading plugins reloads top-level package files (eg. myplugin/__init__.py) but not modules inside packages (eg. myplugin/module.py). The goal of this issue is to fix this.

Research direction

Start from fman's built-in "Reload plugins" command and trace how it reloads top-level package files such as myplugin/init.py. Verify the behavior with a package containing myplugin/module.py; done means reloading the command also reloads modules inside plugin packages.
