Delete folder without sending it to the trash

Description
Following issue #341, there are limitations when trying to delete folders that cannot be sent to the trash. When trying to delete a folder part of keybase, fman says that the folder cannot be deleted (permission denied).
When trying to perform the same operation from the default file explorer (Files), there is a warning stating that the file cannot be sent to trash and offers to delete it directly.
Is there any way to have a similar behavior within fman?
