Description
Basic scenario: source folder has some files, destination folder has those files and more (often nested way down), everything is read-only. Copy operation fails due to read-only. Occurs with fman as admin as well.

Research direction
Start by locating fman's copy-and-replace operation and its Windows handling for read-only files. Reproduce the nested source and destination scenario with read-only files, then verify that copying replaces the destination files successfully when fman runs normally and as administrator.
