Sign the Email asking for data

**Unsigned email** tells me to pull a random .exe and run it elevated, and the code is not signed either. Hmmm 

Ran it anyway, this is a strong authenticator  but this is training the wrong behavior across the team.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the code that sends the email and builds the .exe, then determine the project's existing signing configuration; done means the email and executable are signed and no longer ask users to run unsigned code.
