[Feature Request] Extend preview to also include special previewers which generate an image - for example D2 or PlantUML

Description
I would be cool if one could reference to a uml diagram from `D2` or `PlantUML` and it shows the generated diagram while hovering over the comment - currently one has to generate the images before hand
