Description
[colorama](https://pypi.org/project/colorama/) intercepts sys.stdout and parses ANSI escape sequences and converts them to Windows API calls that produce colors in a terminal.
Apparently it also supports cursor positioning commands.
So maybe all I need to do is `import colorama; colorama.init()` once and ghcloneall will behave nicely in a cmd.exe shell?
