Research direction

Reproduce the failure by serving an Angular app with `ng serve`, loading it on an Android device over USB by IP address, and inspecting it through `chrome://inspect`. Start by tracing why the Angular section of the devtools cannot detect the remote app. Done means Angular is detected in this remote-device workflow; no source files or tests are named.
