add first model for receipts

- [ ] add a db model template with the most relevant fields of a receipt
- [ ] add a BE OCR which is able to scan the receipt and store in a dataframe the required fields
- [ ] add a FE feature that gives the possibility to take/upload a photo
- [ ] store the information of the receipt in the db
- [ ] add a FE feature that gives you the possibility to get the data and see all you receipt
