Bulk File Renaming

I know you already added this script but I kinda have another version :D
idk if you saw it on twitter ( [linke](https://x.com/nazanin_ashrafi/status/1978517464968229366) ) but my version gets the files, ask the users for the base folder, the new name for the files and the file extension and then it entirely changes the files name based on the user input.

I I also added a new change to create a log for tracking changes

Locate the existing file-renaming script and compare it with the proposed behavior: prompt for the base folder, replacement name, and file extension, then record changes in a log. Done means the requested inputs drive the renaming and the resulting changes are trackable; no test file or specific entry point is named in the issue.
