Performance / Metosin usage?

Thank you Joel for the great post!

I hadn't even considered not using Uberjar to get an app to production.

Can you expand the post and share how Metosin does Clojure in Production (and maybe why)
as well as discuss the performance tradeoffs in production between uberjar / clojure code?

Besides startup time, I'm really curious about runtime performance between Uberjar and just running Clojure main

I did read that Graal's native image had a size/startup benefit, but for a long running program doesn't make a difference in performance (haven't tested this), what is your take on using this to deploy?
