Use Google referrer query parameter to jump to location

Idea from @michelfloyd – instead of user googling "meteor setpassword" coming the docs accounts page, and then searching setpassword, we automatically, if the Google query was close enough match to something, jump there

No file or test entry point is named. Start with the documentation accounts page and inspect how Google referrer queries and in-page locations are handled; done means a close Google query automatically jumps to the matching location without requiring a second search.
